Qualifications

• Previous experience in building maintenance including M&E systems.
• Familiarity with COSHH requirements for the equipment and chemicals used.
• Full, clean driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across GBS UK estates.
• Monitor the condition of GBS buildings, undertake repairs and renovations.
• Assist in the planning of refurbishment projects.
