Job summary

CSA Facilities Team in Scotland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Support person to cover day-to-day maintenance and repairs and support the manufacture/installation of bespoke solutions to meet individual needs.

The role involves plumbing and electrical work, indoors and outdoors in all weather, and requires a proactive, physically fit team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as needed.

Qualifications

• Competent person with knowledge of Joinery, maintenance, Plumbing and Electrical works.
• Ability to work in a small team and in a positive environment.
• Capable of using own initiative and completing tasks.
• Physically fit for manual work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs.
• Support manufacture/installation of bespoke solutions.
• Undertake general maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical work indoors and outdoors.
• Work additional hours when required.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
