Job summary

Trafalgar Entertainment is seeking a Venues FM Support Manager to join the Central Operations Team in London. You will work with the Asset & Property Manager and the Group Facilities Manager to keep venues resilient, compliant and well maintained, supporting all theatre operations.

You will travel between venues, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure safety systems meet statutory standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven FM experience in theatres or live events.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a proactive PPM programme across venues.
• Coordinate reactive maintenance and contractor work.
• Ensure HVAC, electrical, mechanical and life safety systems operate effectively.
• Maintain asset registers and support CAFM/documentation.
• Travel between venues to provide on-site facilities support.
