NG Bailey Facilities Services are recruiting for a General Maintenance Operative on two high-quality office buildings based in Embankment Place and More London. This role offers career development within a professional facilities team and exposure to a broad range of building services and maintenance tasks.

Working hours are 40 per week, Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00, with occasional overtime until 19:00. You will perform PPM, reactive maintenance, and support room set-ups for meetings and events while

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in general or building maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Ability to complete scheduled PPM and routine tasks independently.
• Understanding of building services and controls.
• Good health and safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
• Carry out routine M&E activities and inspections.
• Conduct daily floor walks and minor repairs.
• Support room set-ups for meetings and events.
• Maintain plant, tools and stock; report defects promptly.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure site access requirements.
• Use reporting systems to update tasks and records.
