Job summary

Sodexo Group seeks a Technical Services Manager to lead London engineering services and provide technical governance across seven UK locations. Based in London, you will drive safe, compliant maintenance and lead the local team while coordinating with national stakeholders.

You will oversee a robust hard FM and technical facilities services program, travel across the UK as needed, and shape improvements in reliability and energy performance for a high-profile corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in building services engineering or technical facilities management.
• Experience leading engineering teams and providing technical oversight across multiple sites.
• NVQ Level 5, HNC, HND or equivalent engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the London engineering team, ensuring strong performance and accountability.
• Provide technical governance across the wider UK account.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work are maintained.
• Oversee maintenance—planned, proactive, and reactive—safely and effectively.
• Manage technical contractors, suppliers and partners, ensuring performance and compliance.
• Conduct technical audits, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor engineering KPIs, maintenance data and service performance.
• Provide technical advice on OPEX, CAPEX, and service improvements.
