Qualifications

• Experience in high standard food preparation and catering.

• Support Head Sous Chef to manage catering services across the organisation.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety practices are monitored and standards met.
• Prepare and present meals reflecting dietary, cultural, and individual needs.
