Working as part of a professional catering team, the postholder will prepare fresh food to a consistently high standard while ensuring meals meet the dietary, nutritional, cultural, and religious requirements of residents, members, and visitors. The role includes supporting menu delivery, maintaining exceptional food hygiene and health and safety standards, managing stock within designated areas, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen. The Chef de Partie may oversee one area of the kitchen and will be responsible for the effective delivery of food services and customer care to an excellent standard. Accountable for maintaining food standards, meeting Health & Safety Regulations, handling finances and managing/developing a team with effective communication.
