Job summary

The role requires travelling between Fylde Coast community sites. A valid UK driving licence and access to transport for business use are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and direct patients and visitors at community reception desks.
• Manage telephone and email enquiries from patients, visitors and staff.
• Book patients in on arrival and arrange follow-up appointments.
• Update patient information on Trust systems with care and accuracy.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of reception areas.
• Provide general administrative support to clinical teams as required.
• Travel independently between Fylde Coast community sites to cover duties.
