Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is currently recruiting a Maintenance Operative to work across Sleaford and Boston on a temporary contract. You will perform basic joinery and plumbing tasks, carry out day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance on residential properties, and ensure all sites are safe and functional.

You will work as part of a small team, managing tasks efficiently. The position is 40 hours per week at £18.20 per hour, with flexibility to work across different sites and a valid UK

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, repairs or a similar trade
• Great work ethic and attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full UK Driving License
