Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy in the West and South Yorkshire area is seeking a talented Multisite Pharmacist to cover Sheffield Hospital and Rotherham Hospital. You will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care across multiple locations and work with a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and service.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimise patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Provide immunisation services where applicable.
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
• Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
