Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Multisite Pharmacist to cover Bristol Royal Infirmary, Royal United Hospital and Weston Super Mare District Hospital. The role involves dispensing, counselling and collaboration with clinical teams across sites to ensure safe, effective patient care.

You will travel between sites, participate in health initiatives and support immunisation services where applicable, in a dynamic, patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counselling and patient support.
• Collaborate with doctors and nurses to optimise patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe management.
• Maintain patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Provide immunization services where applicable.
• Advise on over-the-counter medicines and health products.
