Job summary

Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a Multisite Pharmacist to support three branches in Midlothian and Livingston. The role focuses on dispensing accuracy, patient counselling and collaborative care across sites.

You will maintain records, manage inventories and contribute to immunisation services where applicable. The successful candidate will have GPhC registration, a full UK driving licence, and a strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Provide immunization services where applicable.
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products.
• Participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
