The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing multiple sites, particularly in the dental field, ensuring that performance and patient care are excellently balanced.

Qualifications

• Proven senior multi-site leadership experience in a service-led business.
• Experience in managing 10 to 15 sites, preferably in dentistry.
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, and budgets.
