Rowlands Pharmacy (Phoenix Medical Supplies) is seeking a Multisite Pharmacist to cover Sheffield Children's Hospital and Rotherham Hospital districts. The role involves dispensing, patient counselling, and collaborative work with hospital teams across sites.

A newly qualified Pharmacist will be considered with support to develop across multiple locations. Responsibilities include medication reviews, immunization where applicable, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with GPhC.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide medication counselling and patient support.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other staff to optimise care.
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe medication management.
• Maintain patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Offer immunization services where applicable.
