MathWorks is looking for engineering talent to join the Engineering Development Group (EDG), a proven technical and leadership development program. The role offers flexibility to explore a variety of projects, receive mentorship from industry experts, and develop skills across full‑stack software development, high‑performance computing, AI, embedded systems, and more.

Program Overview

The EDG program supports growth within our Software Development organization, providing learning opportunities in languages such as C++, MATLAB, JavaScript, and Go. Participants benefit from extensive training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusive work.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high‑quality software used by engineers and scientists worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customer technical challenges and product usability.
