Job summary

IO Interactive is seeking a Release Manager, based in Brighton or Barcelona, to own end-to-end release operations for multiplatform titles including 007 First Light and Hitman updates. You will coordinate QA, Production, Engineering and Publishing to ensure timely delivery of updates and full releases, and manage platform submissions with First Party partners to align backend systems and store strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Release Management within games industry.
• Coordinate multi-team releases and platforms.
• Knowledge of platform submission processes (PS/Nintendo/Steam).
• Build/CI tooling experience (Perforce, Git, SubVersion, TeamCity).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release process across projects and platforms.
• Coordinate QA, Production, Engineering, and Publishing teams.
• Guide submission to PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, Nintendo, etc., ensuring TRC/XR compliance.
• Serve as primary contact with platform representatives and align backend requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external studios on release models and schedules.
• Support store setup, promotions, and publishing operations for all titles.
