Job Description

We are seeking a Multimodal Freight Forwarder to manage and coordinate shipments across various transportation modes including ocean, air, and European road. The role involves managing service operations, providing customer service, overseeing shipment processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and contributing to business development.

Duties

1. Manage service operations, supply information, and generate quotes for transportation modes.
2. Provide exceptional customer service across all channels.
3. Oversee shipment bookings and expedite processing to prevent delays.
4. Communicate with customers to provide tailored quotations.
5. Understand customs regulations, dangerous goods handling, and insurance procedures.
6. Collaborate with customs brokers for import/export clearance.
