Job summary

WR Logistics in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Multimodal Freight Operator to coordinate international shipments across road, sea and air. You will manage bookings from start to delivery and ensure high service levels for customers.

The role requires freight forwarding experience across multiple modes, strong organisation and ownership, with a proactive, can-do attitude and clear communication. Competitive salary and employee-owned profit share are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous freight forwarding experience across multiple transport modes.
• Organised, commercially aware with strong communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate road, sea and air freight shipments from start to finish.
• Arrange collections, deliveries and transport bookings.
• Liaise with customers, hauliers, carriers, shipping lines and overseas agents.
• Prepare and check import/export documentation.
• Coordinate customs clearance requirements.
• Track shipments and keep customers updated.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
