ScaleX Talent Solutions are recruiting a Multimedia Designer for an innovative consumer brand to join an in-house marketing team. This hands-on role covers filming, editing and turning ideas into eye-catching ads and campaigns.

Based in Magherafelt with hybrid working, you’ll create content across formats—from short-form video to static ads—while collaborating with the Creative Lead to bring campaign ideas to life.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years' experience in multimedia, content creation, videography or a similar creative role.
• Strong short-form video filming and editing experience.
• Experience creating content for social media or paid advertising.
• Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
• A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your work.
• Experience with CapCut, Figma or Canva.
• Able to manage several creative projects and work to quick deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Filming product, lifestyle and talent-led content in-house.
• Editing short-form video for Meta and social campaigns.
• Turning scripts and creative briefs into finished ads.
• Creating different hooks, edits and versions of content for testing.
• Designing static ads, social posts and carousel content.
• Editing and retouching photography and campaign imagery.
• Creating wider design assets across digital, print, e-commerce and campaigns.
• Using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma and Canva.
• Experimenting with AI creative tools to develop ideas and speed up production.
• Working closely with the Creative Lead to bring campaign ideas to life.
