Job summary

Global Highland in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Specialist to join the Comms & Marketing Team. The role blends marketing strategy with hands-on creative delivery across a portfolio of energy businesses, translating briefs into polished, brand-consistent communications.

You will design presentations, reports, brochures, social content and digital assets using Adobe CC, PowerPoint and Canva, while collaborating with stakeholders to craft engaging messaging

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or related field.
• Experience creating high-quality marketing materials across formats (presentations, proposals, reports, brochures, case studies).
• Strong understanding of audiences, objectives, messaging, channels and campaigns.
• Excellent layout, typography and visual storytelling, with brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into high-quality creative communications across digital and physical channels.
• Design and produce presentations, proposals, reports, brochures, case studies, campaign assets and social graphics.
• Develop creative concepts and visual approaches for campaigns and communications.
• Collaborate with Brand Manager to apply brand strategy and messaging.
• Create digital content for websites, social media and email campaigns.
• Support wider campaigns, events and internal communications across multiple portfolio businesses.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for artwork, print, photography, video as needed.
• Contribute to the evolution of our visual language and templates.
