YMCA Chiltern Group in Watford is seeking a hands-on Marketing and Brand content specialist to produce multimedia materials that communicate our work clearly across services and communities.

You will plan and capture photography and video across services, adapt designs for different formats, and maintain on-brand templates. The role is hybrid, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £28,003 and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience producing visual or multimedia content across various formats.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative output.
• Good eye for layout, typography, colour and composition.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut.

Responsabilités

• Produce high-quality creative materials from briefs, including social media graphics, posters, leaflets, presentations, adverts, publications and campaign assets.
• Plan and capture photography and video at services, events and activities across the organisation.
• Edit photographs, reels and short video clips for use on social media, websites, presentations and other communications.
• Create and maintain practical branded templates that colleagues can use for everyday communications.
• Adapt approved designs into different sizes, formats and local versions while keeping content clear, accessible and on-brand.
• Help capture and share the stories of beneficiaries, colleagues and communities in a sensitive and engaging way.
