YMCA Chiltern Group is seeking a Creative Content & Design Producer to bring our work to life through engaging design, photography, video and written content. You’ll blend words, images and film to tell meaningful stories for campaigns and services.

You’ll work hands-on in our marketing team, producing social content, posters, leaflets, presentations and templates. A portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across formats is essential, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing visual or multimedia content with a strong portfolio.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, colour and composition.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut.

Responsabilités

• Produce multimedia content from briefs, including social graphics, posters, leaflets and campaigns.
• Plan, capture and edit photography and video for services and events.
• Edit photos, reels and video clips for use across websites, presentations and communications.
• Create and update branded templates for everyday communications.
• Adapt approved designs into different sizes and local versions while keeping content accessible.
