Job summary

Asda is seeking a Multimedia Content Coordinator in Leeds to lead end-to-end production of film and multimedia content across campaigns and internal channels. You will manage briefs, schedules and logistics, and collaborate with the Creative Team and stakeholders to deliver engaging content that aligns with Asda's priorities and stories.

The role requires strong production experience, storytelling ability, and excellent coordination across multiple projects, with a hybrid working arrangement

Qualifications

• Professional film or television production experience.
• Experience producing shoots from brief through to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of production paperwork including call sheets, risk assessments and schedules.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience writing scripts and developing creative content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Multimedia Content Coordinator is responsible for producing and creating engaging content across film, digital and colleague engagement channels. The role will manage projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring content is delivered efficiently and to a high creative standard.

Working closely with other members of the Creative Team, Communication Managers and stakeholders across the business, the role will lead production activity that connects colleagues with Asda's priorities, campaigns and stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and edit content for a range of channels when required.
• Experience creating content for internal communications or colleague engagement channels.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
