Job Description:

Our established client based in Canary Wharf, London, is looking to recruit a full-time Multilingual Customer Careline Advisor to speak both French and Dutch.

As a Customer Careline Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care and support to Benelux consumers across all contact channels. You will be the first point of contact for consumers of the entire range of client products, handling queries and complaints about these products and their consumption. The role requires fluency in French and Dutch, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond empathetically, caring, and friendly. Strong English language skills are also required.

Skills required:
  • Fluent French & Dutch speaker
  • Effective and empathetic communication with a wide range of consumers and the public
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  • Ownership of customer journeys, anticipating needs, and resolving cases with personalized solutions
  • Customer care experience, preferably in the food industry sector
  • Interest in food and medical foods
  • IT skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, strong typing skills; Salesforce CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Flexible to work shifts
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Positive attitude towards work
Compensation and Hours:

£29,500 per annum

Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (40 hours/week)
