Our established client based in Canary Wharf, London, is looking to recruit a full-time Multilingual Customer Careline Advisor to speak both French and Dutch.
As a Customer Careline Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care and support to Benelux consumers across all contact channels. You will be the first point of contact for consumers of the entire range of client products, handling queries and complaints about these products and their consumption. The role requires fluency in French and Dutch, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond empathetically, caring, and friendly. Strong English language skills are also required.
£29,500 per annum
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (40 hours/week)
