Us Tech Solutions is seeking a Linguist / Computational Linguist to join an AI research team focused on multilingual language technologies and Responsible AI.

You will analyze large linguistic datasets, develop guidelines for human annotation and translation tasks, and collaborate with engineers and researchers across languages.

The role involves sociolinguistic research, error analysis of model outputs, and preparing summaries for publications and vendor comparisons.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken communication in business and research contexts.
• Near-native or native proficiency in English and another language (Dravidian or Bantu families).
• Python coding and SQL querying for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex requests under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with ML/NLP teams and contributing to papers.

Responsibilities
