Job summary

IPS Group is partnering with a leading insurance client to grow their underwriting function across a regional office network. We are seeking Underwriters with experience in Property, Casualty, or Commercial Motor to develop technical knowledge across multiple lines.

This hybrid role offers two days in the office and three days working from home, with progression opportunities and ongoing training. Bradley Stoke, United Kingdom location assumed based on context.

Qualifications

• Underwriter with experience in Property, Casualty or Commercial Motor.
• Experience handling commercial risks in a regulated insurance environment.
• Willing to work in a hybrid role (office 2 days, home 3 days).

Responsibilities

• Assess, negotiate and underwrite a wide range of commercial risks.
• Work on new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
• Collaborate with brokers and stakeholders to deliver profitable growth.
