Job summary

IPS Group, in partnership with a leading insurer, is seeking Underwriters to cover a diverse portfolio across Property, Casualty, Commercial Motor and related lines. You will evaluate risks, negotiate terms and underwrite new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments for a regional office network.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office and three days from home, offering exposure to multiple commercial lines and strong development opportunities as you grow technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience underwriting property, casualty or commercial motor.
• Exposure to multiple commercial lines, including new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Assess, negotiate and underwrite a wide range of commercial risks.
• Collaborate with brokers and stakeholders to ensure profitable growth and sound risk selection.
• Support ongoing training and career development to expand underwriting capabilities.
