Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. in Penrith is seeking a Multi-drop Delivery Driver to join our Penrith Out-base, reporting into our East Kilbride Depot. You will be vital in delivering life‑saving medications to those in your community.

The heart of the role involves delivering orders on predetermined routes, maintaining proper conditions, and representing the company professionally to customers. Hours: Mon–Fri 9.5h, Sat 5h; wage £13.45/hour. Training programmes are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Proven multi-drop delivery experience.
• Experience using hand-held devices for proof of delivery.
• Ability to stand and walk most of the shift and lift up to 15 kg.
• Strong attention to detail and team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check, load, and deliver customer orders on predetermined routes.
• Maintain correct temperature, cleanliness and security of products.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and the public.
• Carry out safety checks on the allocated vehicle and equipment.

Multi-drop Delivery Driver

Penrith Based

Average if 52.5 hours over a 17-week referencing period

Working, on average, Monday to Friday for 9.5 hours a day, with 5 hours on a Saturday

£13.45 per hour

We’re looking for a Multi-drop Delivery Driver to come join our Penrith Out-base, reporting into our East Kilbride Depot. In this role you will be vital in delivering life‑saving medications to those in your community.

The heart of the role

• Check, load, and deliver customer orders on predetermined routes utilising Asset Tracking Devices.


• Ensure products are transported under correct conditions, maintaining temperature, cleanliness, and security.


• Represent the company professionally as a visible face to customers and the public.


• Carry out all required safety checks on your allocated vehicle and equipment.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
