Job summary

PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. is recruiting a Multi-drop Delivery Driver for the Birmingham Depot. You will deliver life-saving medications on fixed routes, loading and checking orders, ensuring correct temperature and security, and representing the company to customers.

A full UK driving licence and proven multi-drop experience are essential. You will perform safety checks on the vehicle, stand/walk most of your shift, and be capable of lifting up to 15kg.

• Experience using hand-held devices for proof of delivery.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check, load and deliver customer orders on predefined routes.

Multi-drop Delivery Driver

Birmingham

Average of 52.5 hours per week over a 17-week referencing period

6 day work week - Monday to Friday for 9.5hours a day, 5 hours on a Saturday.

£13.45 per hour

We’re looking for a Multi-drop Delivery Driver to come join our Birmingham Depot. In this role you will be vital in delivering life-saving medications to those in your community.

The heart of the role

• Check, load, and deliver customer orders on predetermined routes utilising Asset Tracking Devices.

• Ensure products are transported under correct conditions, maintaining temperature, cleanliness, and security.

• Represent the company professionally as a visible face to customers and the public.

• Carry out all required safety checks on your allocated vehicle and equipment.

In this role you will be required to stand and walk for the majority of your shift, as well as needing to be able to lift (products up to 15kg), bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
