Job summary

Remedy Edge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery for integrated client work across multichannel campaigns. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure efficient client‑agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multichannel creative projects.
• Experience incorporating AI technologies into project workflows.
• Experience with Workfront for internal timelines and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning, communication, organisation, leadership and delivery of the programme of work.
• Produce and oversee project scope, monitor and track scope creep and drive updates.
• Upstream management of Agency/Client workflow including multichannel timing plans and internal status reports.
• Establish and maintain project communications through project lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Proactive stakeholder management and maintenance and approval of project documentation.
• Escalate concerns to improve processes and collaborate with production specialists.
• Build and nurture new supplier relationships and manage budgets.
