You must quickly grasp complex technical requirements, communicate clearly, and drive issues to resolution while collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand technical language and requirements.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Miro, MS Project Planner and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects end-to-end across multiple time zones.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and opportunities; drive issues to resolution.
• Maintain clear project documentation, governance, and client-facing communications.
• Manage scope, budget, resources, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders as a coordination point.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams; understand products and integrations.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and project reviews to keep delivery on track.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
