Synnovis in London is seeking an Internal Communications Executive to translate complex business updates into readable, actionable content for 3,000+ colleagues across SYNLAB UK&I. You will craft audience‑focused messages and support campaigns from a base at the Blackfriars Hub, with UK travel to SYNLAB sites.

You will join a collaborative team, work with the Internal Communications Manager, and help deliver communications that inform strategy, priorities and individual roles.

Formación

• Exceptional written skills tailored for multiple stakeholders.
• Rigorous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience writing for intranet, email, newsletters and posters.
• Experience in matrix working.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely, accurate internal communications across channels.
• Maintain intranet, newsletters, digital signage, town halls and other platforms.
• Own and manage the internal communications calendar and campaigns.
• Create audience-focused content and tailor messages to audiences.
• Support employee engagement and listening activities.
• Represent Internal Communications at cross-functional meetings.
