Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is seeking an Operations Manager to lead General Managers across multiple sites, driving a culture of exceptional guest experiences and strong KPI performance in a fast-paced QSR environment.

You will set clear direction, ensure quality and safety standards, and collaborate with Chicken HQ to push store profitability while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Multi-site hospitality leadership with P&L ownership.
• Proven track record in QSR or casual dining environments.
• Strong recruitment, training and talent planning experience.
• Ability to analyse financial data and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple locations ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety procedures.
• Build and retain a high-performing team through recruitment, training and development.
• Put the customer first, driving service and guest reviews/feedback.
• Uphold food quality standards and brand integrity.
• Collaborate with HQ teams to drive store performance.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and standards across locations.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost controls.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational effectiveness.
