Multi Skilled Carpenter

Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known building and maintenance contractor based in the Midlands who are searching for a Multi Trades Carpenter to join their team based in their Wolverhampton branch.

In their trades team, you will play an important role in carrying out repairs work, maintenance, upgrading, and improving homes across the Midlands.

Candidates must be highly experienced carpenters who are competent in carrying out carpentry-related tasks in addition to basic other trades.

You will be a key part in ensuring that homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.

You must have a can-do attitude with a high level of customer service.

Permanent Salary: £33,000

• 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

Requirements:

• Minimum NVQ L2 Carpentry (or time-served)

• Experience of working as a carpenter in the building trades

• Experience of working for a Social Landlord, housing association, or council and domestic buildings

• Associated trade skills of basic plumbing, plaster patching, and wall tiling would also be desirable

• Experience of delivering multi-trade work

• Full UK Driving License
