Position: Multi Skilled Trades Plasterer

Location: Worcester, Malven/ Ledbury & Hereford

Salary: £31,737-£34,461

Benefits: Van & Fuel Card, Pension, 28 days Annual Leave plus BH

Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known Social Housing company based in Worcester who are searching for a Multi Skilled Trades Plasterer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

Experience:

• Significant plastering experience and at least an NVQ Level 2 in this trade
• Self-motivated
• Customer focused delivering work right first time
• Experienced in delivering multi-trade work
• Experience in damp and mould treatment and repairs to walls and ceilings
• Experience in installing architraves, skirting plus stud walling, block, and brick work
• Experience in wall tiling and installing aqua panelling/boarding is desirable
• Able to work alone and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering
• Full UK Driving License
• DBS Check (Essential)
