Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join a residential estate team in Central London. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and long-term career prospects.

Day-to-day tasks include carpentry repairs, painting and decorating, general plumbing, and UPVC window/door repairs. Applicants should have 5+ years of residential repair experience, a core trade qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ), and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential repairs & maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points).
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
