Qualifications

• Experience in responsive property maintenance.
• Experience working on void properties.
• Social housing or housing association experience desirable.
• Strong core trades: carpentry, plumbing, plastering or decorating.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.
• Complete works in void properties prior to re-let.
• Carpentry and joinery repairs.
• Install doors, frames, skirting boards and architraves.
• Repair windows and minor joinery.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs.
• Complete patch plastering and making good.
• Paint and decorate.
• Identify additional works and defects requiring attention.
• Bring properties up to a high lettable standard.
