Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trader for a social housing contract in the Bognor Regis area. The role covers reactive maintenance, planned works, and full kitchen/bathroom rip outs across occupied and void properties.

Applicants should have strong multi-trade skills, a full UK driving licence, and a commitment to high workmanship standards. You will manage your workload and deliver customer-focused service on site.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-trade maintenance experience, preferably within social housing.
• Experience carrying out reactive maintenance and planned works in occupied and void properties.
• Experience in full kitchen and bathroom rip outs and installations.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record and two satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and planned works across social housing properties, including occupied and void homes.
• Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests, diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Undertake full kitchen and bathroom rip outs, including removal and new installations.
• Carry out planned maintenance and refurbishment works, including upgrades and scheduled repairs.
• Complete plumbing repairs and installation of fixtures and fittings.
• Undertake tiling, painting and decorating, carpentry, joinery and general building repairs.
• Carry out internal and external repairs, keeping properties in good condition on completion.
