Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join a well-established maintenance contractor working on a social housing contract in the Bognor Regis area. The role covers reactive maintenance and planned works across occupied and void properties.

You will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair and installation tasks to a high standard. Based in the Bognor Regis area, the successful candidate will work independently, manage their workload, deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Proven multi-trade maintenance experience.
• Strong skills in kitchen and bathroom installations including rip outs.
• Competent in plumbing, painting and decorating, tiling, carpentry and general repairs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and planned works across social housing properties (occupied and void).
• Respond to day-to-day maintenance requests, diagnose faults and complete repairs.
• Undertake full kitchen and bathroom rip outs and new installations.
• Carry out planned refurbishment works and property improvements.
• Complete plumbing repairs, fittings and installations.
• Undertake tiling, painting, decorating, carpentry and general building repairs.
