The Vacancy

Wates has an opportunity for a Voids Decorator/ Multi Trader to join our team within the Responsive Maintenance division. You will work out of our Walton on Thames office on a social housing contract, delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

Key Accountabilities include:

1. Undertaking repair/renewal works
2. Advising the Supervisor when other trades are required
3. Working solely on specific tasks
4. Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks
5. Completing daily work sheets detailing work and materials used
6. Working efficiently to meet programme deadlines
