Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a multi-trade operative to work on voids across housing stock, covering carpentry (including fire doors), plumbing, plastering and general repairs. A clean UK driving licence is required, and social housing experience is desirable.

You will join a maintenance team, follow safety protocols, keep records of work and materials, and provide good resident service with a flexible benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across several trades, including carpentry, FRA fire doors and general maintenance.
• Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials and safety protocols.
• Full, clean UK driving licence; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
