Job summary

Tech-People are recruiting a skilled Multi-Trader to join their close-knit team working on high-end residential properties across London. You will perform a range of fabric works with pride in quality and finish.

You will tile walls and floors, decorate and make good, box in pipework and services, and finish to an exceptional standard in occupied private homes. A full UK driving license is essential.

We're working with a well‑established and growing contractor specialising in high‑end residential properties across London and the M25. Due to continued growth, the company is looking for an experienced Multi‑Trader to join their close‑knit team.

This is not a typical maintenance role. You will be working in beautiful private homes where attention to detail, professionalism and quality workmanship are essential. The Role

As a Multi‑Trader, you will carry out a range of high‑quality fabric works, including:

• Wall and floor tiling
• Decorating and making good
• Boxing in pipework and services
• General fabric maintenance and repairs
• Finishing works to an exceptional standard
• Working within occupied private and high‑end residential properties
• Building strong relationships with homeowners through excellent communication and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Strong all‑round Multi‑Trader with excellent tiling skills (essential)
• Experience working within high‑end or private residential properties
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Friendly, professional and customer‑focused with excellent communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
