Job description

Multi-Trader / Snagger - Leeds - New Build Apartments

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader / Snagger to work on a new build apartment block in Leeds. This is a full-time position with approximately 6 months of work, Monday to Friday.

Job Details:

• Location: Leeds

• Project: New Build - Apartment Block

• Duration: Approx. 6 months

• Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

• Rate: 20 - 23 per hour (dependent on experience)

• Start Date: ASAP

• CSCS Card: Essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of snagging and finishing work on newly built apartments

• Completing minor repairs including patch plastering, painting, sealing, silicone/mastic, joinery touch-ups, and other minor trades as needed

• Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard in line with site quality expectations

• Working closely with the site team to meet project timelines and handover schedules

• Keeping a clean and safe working area

• Identifying and reporting any defects or issues

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card

• Proven experience in a similar multi-trade or snagging role on residential new builds

• Full set of tools and PPE

• Ability to work independently and deliver a high-quality finish across various trades

• Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
