Are you a Multi Trader with experience fitting kitchen and bathrooms within the social housing industry and have a full UK Drivers License?

The ideal Multi Trader can:
– Provide a high quality, customer and quality focused service, whilst delivering a range of multi-skilled works within void properties in Hounslow
– Carry out all aspects of general carpentry in tenants and client’s premises, both internally and externally to a high level of workmanship.
– Install and repair basic plumbing systems and undertake general plumbing work to a high level of proficiency.
– Perform wet trades where necessary, including but not limited to tiling, plastering, decorating and other general domestic repairs within a social housing environment.
– Follow a PDA scheduling system in order to arrive and complete the correct works within a timely and efficient manner.
