Job summary

GVR Solutions Ltd represents a well-established main contractor in South East London hiring a Multi Trader to join the reactive maintenance and voids team on a major local authority contract in South East London & Kent. You will handle roofing, fabrication, electrical, painting, masonry, welding, plumbing and 2nd fix carpentry.

The position is temporary to permanent, on-site with a company van provided. A blue CSCS card is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a blue CSCS card.
• Experience across a range of trades is advantageous.
• Ability to work across reactive maintenance and voids on a large local authority contract.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing, fabrication, electrical, painting, masonry, welding, plumbing and 2nd fix carpentry tasks.
• Work as part of the reactive maintenance and voids team on a major local authority contract.
• Operate across South East London and Kent with a company van provided.

GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in South East London, who are in the market for an Multi trader to join them on a temporary to permanent basis.

You will be joining the reactive maintenance and voids team to deal with their biggest local authority contract in South east London & Kent.

Works: Multi trader will be required to carry out roofing, fabrication, electrical work, painting, masonry, welding, plumbing, and 2nd fix carpentry works.

Location: Multi trader will operate in South east London & Kent.

Duration: Multi trader role will be offered on temporary to permanent basis.

Rate: Multi trader will be paid £20ph - £21ph + company van

Multi trader must have blue cscs card.
