Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting a qualified Multi Trader to join our reactive maintenance team in Ealing. You will carry out reactive repairs across social housing properties, both occupied and void, delivering high-quality, safe work with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has proven reactive maintenance experience, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, a full UK driving license, and the ability to work independently.

Multi trader - Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)

Ealing

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Multi trader to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.

The Role

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
• Repair and maintain occupied properties
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
• Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
