Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting a qualified Multi Trader to join our reactive maintenance team in Ealing. You will carry out reactive repairs across social housing properties, both occupied and void, delivering high-quality, safe work with a focus on resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has proven reactive maintenance experience, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, a full UK driving license, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Repair and maintain occupied properties.
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction.
