Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Multi Trade Operative to fit wetrooms and carry out allied trades across Warwick, Coventry and Stratford upon Avon. You’ll join a busy Capital/Planned works team with a guaranteed 39-hour week and a competitive base salary.

Expect earnings beyond £40,000 with OTE, plus a company van and fuel card worth ~£6,000 per year. Enjoy holidays, pension, life insurance and access to supportive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified with NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing; cap and coving flooring experience; CSCS card.
• Proficient in health and safety awareness with working knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for work in varied settings.
• Full valid UK driving licence is essential for Multi Trade role.

Responsibilities

• Undertake first and second fix installations in wet room fitting and minor works (plastering, joinery, tiling, painting).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide updates to clients throughout projects.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure relevant documentation is completed.

We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trade Wetroom Fitter to join our expanding Capital/Planned works business, carrying out workprojects to our customer’s properties in Warwick, Coventry and Stratford upon Avon.

Competitive basic salaryof £35,530.00 for a 39 hour working week

Potentialearnings exceeding £40,000.00 with OTE

Company vanand fuel card worth approximately £6,000 per annum (including maintenance, MOT, service, tax)

The Multi Trade Operativerole:

Undertaking first and secondfix installations, in wet room fitting, as well as undertaking other minor works inpatch plastering, joinery,tiling and painting

You will take pride in delivering an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and considering their needs at all times while being able to complete your work

Your, the team's, and the customer's Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do.Ensure all working environments are safe and relevant documentation is completed at all stages.

What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?

Qualified with NVQ level 2 in Plumbing, with cap and cove flooring experience, CSCS card

A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge

Excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will sometimes be working within vulnerable settings

Possession of a full current UK driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Multi Trade Plumberrole.
