VIVID is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join the Repairs Team based at our Basingstoke office, covering North Hampshire. You will perform a range of repairs across occupied properties, using carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance skills.

A full driving licence is required to operate company vans when needed. The role involves a flexible 39-hour week with on-call duties, a strong focus on safety, customer service, and working in occupied homes.

Competenze

• NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in a trade discipline.
• Experience in multi-trade or general maintenance role.
• Competent in at least two core trades (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting).
• Demonstrable experience in UPVC repairs and installation.

Mansioni

• Carrying out multi-trade repairs across occupied properties.
• Complete jobs to a high standard with right-first-time approach.
• Some light admin duties and use of an electronic handheld device.
