Job summary

Karbon Homes is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our Responsive Repairs Property Services Team across the North East. This is a hands-on permanent role where you'll carry out repairs, maintenance, improvements and installations across multiple trades, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

You will take ownership of your work, follow health and safety procedures, and work with colleagues to provide a reliable repairs service.

Qualifications

• Fully competent in two or more trades and able to perform tasks to a high standard.
• Completed a recognised general trade apprenticeship or qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in housing maintenance within responsive/void repairs.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organise workload and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, improvements and installations across multiple trades.
• Maintain quality, safety and compliance to standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with customers.
• Collaborate with the Responsive Repairs team and participate in out-of-hours service when required.
